Our modern rugs are available in different sizes and colors to suit your home decor. 

We handcraft our rugs, with the support of a special tufting gun, using high-quality wool. After that, in case of carpets with cut piles, our artisans trim the pile with the help of specific scissors to achieve the desired shape and length. 

The entire process is manual and requires immense dedication. As a result, each rug is unique and exclusive.

We produce our rugs using 100% natural New Zealand wool. In conclusion, this premium material makes our area rugs soft to the touch, durable, resistant to wear and tear, and easy to maintain.

The tufted rugs are suitable for different spaces such as living rooms, dining rooms, hallways or bedrooms.

Delivery

Our delivery time is 6-8 weeks since we produce to customer order.

We calculate shipping prices according to volumetric weight. You can check this cost at checkout.
For some countries there may be customs fees, unrelated to Marqqa, that will be calculated and charged by the authorities at the time of customs clearance.

Returns

We produce our rugs upon order and personalized according to your choices. For that reason, we cannot accept returns.

If you have questions about colors, textures or sizes, please contact us and we will help you choose the best rug for your needs.

You can also order a sample if you are uncertain about our colors and textures. Then, if you buy the rug, we will refund the sample price. We trust the quality of our rugs, therefore, we are sure that, by purchasing a sample in advance, you can assure that your new tufted rug will live up to your expectations too.

If you are uncertain about the color or texture of the rug, you can order a sample before your purchase. This way, you will be able to accurately see the finish of your custom-made rug.

The samples are available to order in each specific rug and are a small replication of the rug itself.

If you purchase a sample and subsequently buy a rug, we refund the price of the sample.

Natural wool handmade rugs

Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, the final color and size (about 3%) may slightly differ from those specified. Therefore, this kind of variation is not considered a defect.

If you need an accurate measurement or color, please let us know before placing your order, otherwise we are not responsible for any variation in the size or color of the rugs.
